Teemu Aura is a Finnish chef, restauranter and bakery owner. Teemu was part of the founder team of restaurant Demo which got its first Michelin star in 2007. Now he has his own successful restaurant Albina in Helsinki and a Patisserie Teemu Aura bakery company.
