Butter Bean and Goat Cheese Dip

The 1st place of my favourite summer sauces and dips list has changed and classic hummus had to make some way for a new recipe. This creamy butter bean and goat cheese dip is so good that I could eat a bowl full of it right now (maybe I should make a soup version of it?). It’s perfect with freshly baked bread or crispy crackers, or maybe as a sauce in the dinner table. If you like goat cheese and hummus like dips, you need to make this!

Butter Bean and Goat Cheese Dip

Active: 5 min

- 1 can of butter beans (~ 270 G beans)
- 150 G soft goat cheese
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- juice of half a lemon
- (For garnish: black pepper and chives)

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a blender.

  2. Enjoy the sauce with vegetables, fish or chicken. Or dip some snacks like crackers in it! Can be stored in the fridge for 1–2 days.
