Blueberry and Condensed Milk Caramel Tart

The simplest and most delicious Nordic summer tart full of fresh bilberries. You only need a handful of ingredients to make it and it tastes like the best creamy cheesecake or caramel pie.

Gotta love these beautiful holiday dinners at the cottage porch in the candle light. 🕯 Even though I love the endless light of Midsummer nights, I also love the darker evenings in the end of summer. There’s something really cozy about them!

All you need:
🌿 Meringue (homemade or store bought)
🌿 Lemon curd or vanilla custard
🌿 Cherries
🌿 Fresh berries
🌿 Edible flowers for garnish
