Simple & quick Tzatziki
I fell in love with tzatziki for the first time on a trip in Cyprus and I have been making different kind of variations of it ever since! This is one of the many side dishes I love preparing for busy work days. So simple and so tasty.
Simple & quick Tzatziki
Active: 10 min. Passive: 15 min.
- 2 cups (5 dl) Greek or Turkish yoghurt
- 3/4 – 1 cucumber
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- small bunch of fresh dill
- 2–3 sprigs of mint
- pinch of salt
Mix the yoghurt in a bowl until smooth.
Wash and grate the cucumber and add to the yogurt.
Mince the garlic. Chop the dill and mint. Add to the yoghurt with olive oil and a big pinch of salt. Mix and set aside for about 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!
